Connect Your Scanner

Use the steps below to connect iTero or 3Shape TRIOS to ArtyCad Dental Laboratory. Once connected, select ArtyCad Dental Laboratory as your lab and send cases directly from your scanner.

Choose Your Scanner

  1. Open Find a Laboratory on your iTero scanner.
  2. If ArtyCad is not listed, contact iTero Support or your iTero representative.
  3. Ask them to add Artycad Dental Lab using Lab ID 252637 and email artycad@yahoo.com.
  4. Once connected, sync or restart your scanner and select ArtyCad from your lab list.
  5. Complete the digital prescription, include the preparation, opposing arch, and bite scans, then submit the case.
  1. Sign in to 3Shape Communicate.
  2. Open Connections and select Add Connection.
  3. Search for artycad@yahoo.com.
  4. Send the connection request. We will approve it from our side.
  5. Once approved, select ArtyCad from your TRIOS lab list, complete the prescription, and send the case.
