Connect Your Scanner

Add ArtyCad Dental Lab to your iTero or 3Shape lab list, or send STL files from any scanner. Once your scanner is connected, cases reach the lab straight from the scanner software, with nothing to export or email.

Choose your scanner

  1. Open Find a Laboratory on your iTero scanner.
  2. If ArtyCad is not listed, contact iTero Support or your iTero representative.
  3. Ask them to add ArtyCad Dental Lab using Lab ID 252637 and email files@artycad.com.
  4. Once connected, sync or restart your scanner and select ArtyCad from your lab list.
  5. Complete the digital prescription, include the preparation, opposing arch, and bite scans, then submit the case.
  1. Sign in to 3Shape Communicate.
  2. Open Connections and select Add Connection.
  3. Search for files@artycad.com.
  4. Send the connection request. We will approve it from our side.
  5. Once approved, select ArtyCad from your TRIOS lab list, complete the prescription, and send the case.
  1. Export the preparation, opposing arch, and bite scans as STL files from your scanner software.
  2. Open Submit Digital Case on our site.
  3. Add the files, your contact details, and the case notes, then submit.
  4. Prefer email? Send the STL files to files@artycad.com.
