All-on-X restorations supported by a titanium bar

All-on-X on a titanium bar is a fixed full-arch bridge on four or more implants, built over a milled titanium framework for extra support, retention, and stability. The final teeth are ultra-strength multilayer zirconia or porcelain, depending on the dentist's request, with premium Katana zirconia on request. The titanium bar is designed and milled in-house. Compared with a full-arch bridge on Ti-bases, the bar adds strength and cost.

Titanium bar All-on-X in detail

The bar. We design the titanium framework together with the tooth setup and tissue contours, then mill it in-house. The bar connects the implants into one rigid framework and backs the teeth, so it is the stronger and more expensive full-arch option. The same bar design can also carry a removable overdenture.

Fit. A full-arch bar must seat passively on every implant at once, so verified implant positions matter more than any other record. We review the records before milling.

Final teeth. Ultra-strength multilayer zirconia or porcelain, with Katana zirconia on request.

Components. Original components for most implant brands; we work with Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer Biomet (ZimVie), Dentsply Sirona (Astra Tech), BioHorizons, Neodent, Hiossen (Osstem), MegaGen, MIS, Dentium, and other major systems.

Turnaround. Up to two weeks, depending on the case.
