Choose the option that fits your location: PDS pickup, local Brooklyn pickup, or UPS shipping.
For many New York and New Jersey offices, PDS pickup and delivery may be available.
For nearby Brooklyn offices, local pickup may be available when timing and case details allow.
For offices outside the local pickup area, create a UPS label and ship to ArtyCad.

Include a completed RX, pack the case securely, and add shade, tooth number, due date, and doctor contact details.
