A fixed full-arch bridge without a titanium bar
All-on-X on multi-unit abutments is a fixed full-arch bridge on four or more implants, supported directly by multi-unit abutments. Multi-unit abutments manage implant angulation and redirect the screw channel away from the facial surface, incisal edge, or another esthetic or functional area. The final teeth are ultra-strength multilayer zirconia or porcelain, depending on the dentist's request, with premium Katana zirconia on request.

Multi-unit All-on-X in detail
The design. The bridge is bonded to Ti-bases and seats directly on the multi-unit abutments, with no titanium bar under it. Fewer components keep the cost below a titanium bar case, and ultra-strength multilayer zirconia gives the bridge its strength.
Screw access. Multi-unit abutments manage implant angulation and redirect the screw channel away from the facial surface and incisal edges. They do not change where the implants are.
Fit. The bridge must seat passively on every abutment at once, so send verified implant positions. We review the records before design starts.
Final teeth. Ultra-strength multilayer zirconia or porcelain, with Katana zirconia on request.
Components. Original components for most implant brands; we work with Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer Biomet (ZimVie), Dentsply Sirona (Astra Tech), BioHorizons, Neodent, Hiossen (Osstem), MegaGen, MIS, Dentium, and other major systems.
Turnaround. Up to two weeks, depending on the case.
